Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for orthopedic and surgical patients on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports telemetry monitoring in an acute care hospital.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Provide nursing care for orthopedic and surgical patients
• Administer medications and coordinate ordered treatments
• Complete focused assessments and post-op interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team
• Document patient status, responses, and education

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license in hand
• BLS and ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification before start
• 12 months permanent medical surgical telemetry experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
