Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Euclid, OH

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care on a telemetry floor in an acute care hospital during a 13-week contract in Euclid, Ohio. Epic charting is used on the unit, and the role centers on med-surg and telemetry care.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Reinforce patient education and recovery guidance
• Collaborate with the care team on daily priorities

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 12 months of permanent med-surg telemetry experience
• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months
