Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Euclid, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care on an acute care hospital floor in Euclid, Ohio on a 13-week contract.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and support treatments
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Document care accurately in the chart
• Work with the care team to maintain safety

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS through AHA or American Red Cross
• 12 months of permanent Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Recent Epic charting experience
• Strong ECG rhythm recognition
