Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Euclid, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care on an orthopedics floor in an acute care hospital for an 18-week contract in Euclid, Ohio. Epic charting is used.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and recognize changes promptly
• Assess assigned patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support orthopedic recovery, mobility and safety needs
• Coordinate care with nurses, providers and therapists
• Document assessments, interventions and responses in Epic
• Reinforce patient education and discharge teaching

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state Registered Nurse license in hand
• BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS
• 12 months of permanent med-surg telemetry experience
• Recent Epic charting experience within the last 6 months
