Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care on a hospital floor in Cleveland, Ohio on a 13-week contract. The role supports adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care setting.

• Assess and monitor adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Track cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent med surg telemetry experience
