Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Medical Surgical and Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit serves adult med-surg and telemetry patients.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess patients and document findings
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate care with the care team
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Implement plans of care for adult med-surg patients

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact state
• AHA BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months of med-surg/telemetry experience
