Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in an acute care hospital on an 18-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit combines med-surg and telemetry care.

• Assess and monitor patient status
• Interpret telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document interventions and patient responses
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent med-surg telemetry experience

• NIHSS certification
