Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct care on an acute care hospital orthopedic and surgical unit on an 18-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The assignment supports telemetry monitoring and post-operative patient care.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes promptly
• Assess and care for orthopedic and medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and IV therapies per plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams on patient progress
• Document assessments, treatments, and responses accurately
• Support safe recovery, mobility, and discharge teaching

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state Registered Nurse license
• 12 months of permanent med surg/telemetry experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS prior to start
