Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Canton, OH

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient nursing care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Canton, Ohio. The medical/telemetry unit uses Epic and supports acute care patients.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments
• Collaborate with the care team on plans of care
• Document assessments and interventions in Epic
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact license in hand
• BLS and ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification before start
• 18 months recent Med Surg Telemetry experience
• 12 months combined permanent experience in Med Surg Telemetry
• Epic experience
