Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Canton, OH

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital oncology/medical unit on a 13-week contract in Canton, Ohio. The unit cares for oncology and medical patients and relies on telemetry monitoring and medication management.

• Monitor telemetry and recognize rhythm changes
• Assess oncology and medical patients
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document patient responses and care
• Collaborate with the care team
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Reinforce safety and patient education

• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license in hand
• BLS and ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale certification before start
• 12 months combined permanent Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• Epic charting experience

• Recent specialty reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director
