Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on an 18-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports rhythm monitoring, medication administration, and coordinated bedside care in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

• Assess and monitor adult med-surg telemetry patients
• Track cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Administer medications and support safe patient care
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Respond to changes in condition and escalate concerns

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license in hand
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• Cardiac rhythm recognition and medication administration skills
