Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Garfield Heights, OH

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in a hospital med-surg telemetry unit on a 13-week contract in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

• Monitor telemetry and assess cardiac rhythm changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Evaluate patients and report condition changes
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge planning

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license in hand
• 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong ECG rhythm recognition skills
