Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Medford, OR

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care in an acute care hospital in Medford, Oregon on a 13-week contract. The 30-bed unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic, and follows a 1:4 ratio. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Monitor telemetry and identify rhythm changes
• Provide care for adults and geriatrics with medical-surgical and cardiac conditions
• Assess patients with stroke, COPD, renal disease, and withdrawal diagnoses
• Administer medications and treatments within nursing scope
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans and patient progress
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Epic

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS
• 2 years of medical-surgical telemetry experience
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Prior travel experience
