Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Garfield Heights, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care on a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Garfield Heights, Ohio. The role centers on adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with close rhythm monitoring and dysrhythmia care.

• Assess adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms for changes
• Administer medications and routine treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS prior to start
• 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• ECG rhythm recognition and dysrhythmia management skills
