Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Garfield Heights, OH

A Travel Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care and telemetry monitoring for a 13-week contract in a hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

• Assess medical-surgical and telemetry patients and update care plans
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Coordinate with the care team to support treatment and discharge planning
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient response in the chart
• Educate patients and families on medications, recovery, and self-care

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS certification before start
• 12 months of permanent med surg/telemetry experience
• ECG rhythm recognition skills
