Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.

• Assess adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes in condition
• Administer medications and carry out provider orders
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 12 months of permanent med surg/telemetry experience
