Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in an acute care hospital orthopedic/surgical unit on an 18 week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports telemetry monitoring and recovery for surgical and orthopedic patients in a hospital setting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythm changes and report concerns
• Assess orthopedic and surgical patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and carry out ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interprofessional team
• Document patient status, responses, and nursing interventions
• Support post-operative recovery and patient education

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification prior to start
• 12 months permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Telemetry rhythm recognition and acute care nursing skills
