Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Frisco, TX

A Travel RN Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide patient care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Frisco, Texas. The unit uses Meditech and serves med-surg and telemetry patients.

• Monitor telemetry and patient status
• Administer medications and routine treatments
• Assess patients and report changes in condition
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document care and clinical observations
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Clinical assessment and telemetry monitoring skills
• Medication administration and patient education skills
