Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Frisco, TX

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Frisco, Texas. Meditech supports documentation, and the unit focuses on med surg and telemetry care for patients needing ongoing monitoring.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Document care in Meditech and maintain records
• Support safe inpatient flow and handoffs

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Medication administration skills
• Cardiac rhythm monitoring skills
