Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Fayetteville, NC

A Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for adult medical and telemetry patients in a hospital in Fayetteville, North Carolina on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and typically works with 1:5-6 ratios in a Level III trauma, teaching setting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess patient status and update care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Document nursing care in Epic
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge needs

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
