Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Beverly, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Beverly, Massachusetts. The unit uses EPIC charting and focuses on bedside monitoring, medication management, and coordinated care.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Assess medical-surgical patients and update plans of care
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with nurses, providers, and therapists
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in EPIC
• Educate patients and families on recovery and self-care

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of experience
• EPIC charting experience
