Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Boston, MA

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult patients in a hospital during a 13-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts. It serves neurology, cardiac, bariatric, general medicine, surgery, oncology and transplant patients in a Level I trauma teaching environment using Epic.

• Monitor telemetry and report rhythm changes
• Perform 12-lead EKGs as needed
• Administer nebulizers and lasix drips
• Assist with blood transfusions and IV therapy
• Assess adult medical-surgical patients
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document care in Epic

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 3+ years of related medical-surgical or telemetry experience
• Prior travel nursing experience
• Level I trauma experience
• Epic charting experience

• Teaching hospital experience
• Adult medical-surgical specialty expertise
