Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Needham, MA

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital in Needham, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. The unit centers on ECG monitoring, rhythm changes, and coordinated bedside nursing.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes in patient status
• Assess medical-surgical patients and complete focused nursing evaluations
• Administer medications and support ordered treatment plans
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Provide patient education and discharge support

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Ability to pass a Telemetry Competency Exam
• Knowledge of critical paths
• Documented professional development activities
