Per Diem Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Downey, CA

A Per Diem Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct care for adult patients needing ongoing cardiac monitoring and general medical-surgical support in a hospital in Downey, California.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Coordinate treatments with the care team
• Document care and patient responses
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Current California Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• At least 2 years of medical-surgical or telemetry experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
