Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Des Moines, IA

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital in Des Moines, Iowa on a 13-week contract. The role supports ortho, neurology step-down, oncology, and surgical telemetry care areas in a resource pool setting.

• Assess and monitor adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Administer medications and coordinate daily nursing care
• Track cardiac rhythm changes and report clinical concerns
• Support patients recovering from surgery and other acute conditions
• Collaborate with the care team to plan and update care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
