Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The urology unit supports patients who need close cardiac monitoring and general med-surg nursing care.

• Assess and monitor adult med-surg and telemetry patients
• Track cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and coordinate ordered treatments
• Collaborate with the care team on patient plans
• Provide nursing care for urology patients
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Support safe patient care and unit routines

• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact state
• 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
