Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient nursing care for adult urology patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports a med surg telemetry unit with cardiac rhythm monitoring and general medical-surgical nursing needs.

• Assess adult urology and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report changes
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Coordinate care with providers and team members
• Document assessments, interventions and patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent med surg telemetry experience
• Telemetry rhythm recognition and safe medication administration skills
