Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit serves a pulmonary and respiratory patient population and may include patients on ventilators.

• Monitor telemetry patterns and report rhythm changes
• Assess respiratory and medical surgical patients throughout the shift
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Support care for patients on ventilators
• Collaborate with the care team on plan changes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Coordinate discharge teaching and follow-up

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification
• 12 months of permanent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Telemetry rhythm recognition and safe medication administration
