Travel Med Surg RN in Mullins, SC

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide direct care to medical-surgical patients in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Mullins, South Carolina. The 28-bed inpatient unit uses Epic and cares for patients on a medical-surgical clinical track.

• Deliver nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor assessments, vital signs, and response to treatment
• Administer medications, fluids, blood products, and oxygen therapy
• Start and maintain IV access and manage ports
• Apply isolation precautions and support infection prevention
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and report changes in condition

• South Carolina or compact Registered Nurse license in hand prior to start
• BLS certification
• 1 year of medical-surgical experience
• Epic experience

• Telemetry
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Wound care and wound vac
• Tracheostomy care
