Travel Med Surg RN in Lander, WY

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lander, Wyoming. The unit serves medical and pre- and post-surgery patients, and the role supports bedside care, medications, IV therapy, wound care, and patient teaching.

• Provide direct nursing care to medical and pre- and post-surgery patients
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions
• Assess vital signs, symptoms, and patient response to treatment
• Start IVs, change dressings, and insert catheters as assigned
• Assist with examinations, treatments, and emergency response
• Educate patients and families and support discharge planning

• Active Wyoming or multistate Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Medical-surgical nursing skills
