Travel Med Surg RN in Keene, NH

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients in an acute care hospital in Keene, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Epic and focuses on coordination, teaching, and safe care for adults and older adults.

• Assess adult-geriatric medical-surgical patients and update the plan of care
• Coordinate total nursing care with the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic
• Provide patient and family education on conditions and recovery
• Support safe transitions and escalate changes in condition

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
