Travel Med Surg RN in West Hollywood, CA

A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will support adults in an outpatient radiation oncology clinic on a 13-week contract in West Hollywood, California. The unit sees about 50 patients per day in 6 rooms and uses Epic.

• Start peripheral IVs and perform venipuncture
• Provide patient education and support
• Triage patient calls and communicate concerns
• Assess wounds and provide wound care
• Monitor treatment-related symptoms and skin changes
• Document care in Epic

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 3 years of med surg Registered Nurse experience
• Epic charting experience

• OCN certification
• Radiation oncology experience
• Outpatient oncology experience
• External beam radiation therapy experience
