A travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical patients in a trauma center acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Janesville, Wisconsin.

• Assess medical-surgical patients and collaborate with the care team
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Document care and patient responses according to standards
• Develop individualized plans of care and provide patient and family education
• Participate in quality improvement and shared governance activities
• Apply critical thinking to patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Medical-surgical nursing experience
