Travel Med Surg RN in Janesville, WI

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will care for adult surgical patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Janesville, Wisconsin. The unit also includes a few pediatric beds and follows interdisciplinary care, medication treatment, and documentation standards.

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Document care according to standards
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Support patient and family instruction
• Apply clinical judgment to patient safety and escalation

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
• BLS/CPR certification
• NIHSS certification
• Medical-surgical nursing experience
