Travel Med Surg RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide direct care on a medical-surgical unit in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Dallas, Texas. The unit has 22 beds, uses Meditech, and typically cares for patients at a 1:5 ratio.

• Provide direct care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient status and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document assessments and interventions in Meditech
• Support patient education and discharge planning

• Current Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• ACLS certification
