Travel Med Surg RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide general med surg care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Dallas, Texas. The unit is a 23-bed diabetic endocrine medical unit with 1:5 ratios and Meditech charting.

• Deliver general med surg nursing care for adult patients
• Monitor diabetic and endocrine conditions and response to care
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care
• Coordinate care with physicians, PCTs, and the nursing team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient updates in Meditech
• Recognize changes in status and escalate concerns promptly

• Current Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Time management and strong organizational skills
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
