A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide safe medical-surgical care on a 44-bed hospital unit with telemetry capability, a 13-week contract in San Antonio, Texas. Meditech charting and 1:5-6 ratios support a fast-moving inpatient setting.

• Perform focused assessments and monitor telemetry
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Document care accurately in Meditech
• Respond to changing patient conditions
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Collaborate with RN staff and the care team
• Support patient education and safe bedside care

• Current Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• Current BLS certification
• Telemetry-capable clinical background

• Inpatient hospital nursing experience
