Per Diem LPN in Seattle, WA

A Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse will provide geriatric nursing care in a long-term care setting in Seattle, Washington. The role supports older adults in LTC and related care settings.

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents
• Administer medications and IV therapies within scope
• Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly
• Perform wound assessment and treatment support
• Support peripheral IVs, IV pumps, and PICC care
• Document care and collaborate with the care team

• Active Washington Licensed Practical Nurse license
• BLS certification through AHA
• 2+ years of recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience in a similar setting
• Geriatric care experience
• Experience with IV pumps, PICC lines, IV medications, peripheral IVs, PVR, wound VAC, and wound assessment and treatment
