Per Diem LPN in Seattle, WA

A Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse will provide geriatric nursing care in a long term care setting in Seattle, Washington. The role supports older adults with medication, wound, and IV therapy needs.

• Provide routine nursing care for geriatric residents
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Assist with wound assessment and treatment
• Monitor peripheral IVs, IV pumps, and PICC lines
• Support resident assessments and care plans
• Document resident status and report changes to the care team

• Active Washington Licensed Practical Nurse license
• BLS certification from AHA
• 2+ years of recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience in a similar setting
• Geriatric care, IV therapy, wound care, and peripheral IV skills
