Travel LPN in Haverhill, MA

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide resident care in a long-term care setting on a 13-week contract in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, and support with assessments and care planning.

• Observe and report resident changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintain nursing notes, medication records, and care plan updates
• Transcribe orders, place drug orders, and coordinate tests and appointments
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, rounds, and chart preparation
• Supervise CNAs and support charge nurse duties
• Participate in in-service education and direct resident care

• Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Current CPR/AED and BLS/BCLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 3 years of nursing experience
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
