Travel LPN in Haverhill, MA

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting on a 13-week contract in Haverhill, Massachusetts. The role includes medication administration, treatments, assessments, admissions and discharges, plus documentation and care plan updates. Charge nurse support, CNA supervision, and resident condition monitoring are part of the work.

• Monitor resident condition and report changes
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Complete notes, records, and care plan updates
• Transcribe orders and coordinate tests, labs, x-rays, and appointments
• Support admissions, discharges, rounds, and assessments
• Supervise CNAs and assist with assignments

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Current CPR/AED and BLS/BCLS certification
• 3 years of nursing experience
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
