Travel LPN in Claremont, NH

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide resident care in a long term care unit for a 13-week contract in Claremont, New Hampshire. This role uses computerized MARs/TARs and supports daily nursing needs in a rural setting.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, oxygen, and tube feedings
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders accurately
• Perform wound care and monitor infection control practices
• Supervise LNA care and support assigned staff
• Complete admissions, discharges, transfers, and unit documentation
• Communicate resident concerns, orders, and family updates

• Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire or compact license
• Basic Life Support certification from AHA
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
