Travel LPN in Los Angeles, CA

A Travel OB/GYN Licensed Practical Nurse will provide outpatient women's reproductive health care in Los Angeles, California on a 13-week contract. The role serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a clinic and uses Epic charting. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Perform venipuncture, blood draws, and specimen handling
• Assist with OB/GYN procedures including PAP, colpo, LEEP, D&C, EMB, IUD placement and removal, Nexplanon, and NST
• Support telephone triage, follow-up calls, and refill requests
• Monitor vital signs, pain, pregnancy-related concerns, and vaginal bleeding
• Administer medications and injections and maintain IV access
• Complete medication reconciliation, lab review, and patient teaching

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• BLS certification
• IV and blood draw certification
• 2 years of outpatient clinic experience, including 1 year of OB/GYN clinic experience
• Phlebotomy and venipuncture experience

• Epic charting system experience
