Travel LPN in Pasadena, CA

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide outpatient clinic care for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in Pasadena, California on a 13-week contract. Epic is used for charting. The role supports blood draws, IV therapy, and general clinic care.

• Assess patients and record vital signs
• Draw blood and start IVs
• Administer injections, vaccines, and ordered medications
• Support telephone triage and medication reconciliation
• Provide wound care and cast care support
• Document care in Epic
• Educate patients on treatment and follow-up

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• BLS certification
• IV certification and blood withdrawal skill
• 2 years of outpatient clinic Licensed Vocational Nurse experience
• Epic charting experience
• Clinical skills in phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and vital sign monitoring
