Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Riverside, CA

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for laboring patients in a hospital labor and delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Riverside, California. The unit has 11 labor beds and uses CPN and Meditech with 1:2 and 1:1 ratios.

• Monitor labor progress and fetal status
• Assist with NSTs and cervical exams
• Support labor management and medication titration
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and assist with delivery care
• Provide immediate newborn transition support
• Document assessments and care in the EMR

• California Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NRP certification
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification

• More than 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• Transition nurse and baby-catching experience
