Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will support high risk obstetrical care in a hospital on a 6-week contract in Dallas, Texas. The unit serves high acuity laboring and postpartum patients, uses Meditech and CPN charting, and relies on GE fetal monitors. Care includes triage and cesarean section support.

• Monitor laboring, triage and postpartum patients
• Assist with high risk obstetrical bedside care
• Circulate during cesarean sections
• Support recovery after delivery and procedures
• Manage cervical ripening and active labor care
• Coordinate vaginal delivery care and newborn transition

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, AWHONN and NRP certifications
• AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring certification
• 2 years of high risk labor and delivery care
• High risk obstetrical bedside training
• Cesarean section circulation and high acuity recovery experience
