Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide bedside care in a women’s hospital labor and delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Dallas, Texas. The unit serves high-risk obstetric patients, uses Meditech and CPN charting, and follows AWHONN staffing ratios much of the time.

• Provide bedside care for high-risk obstetric patients
• Monitor labor progress and fetal status
• Assist with cervical ripening and triage care
• Circulate for c-sections and support vaginal deliveries
• Deliver post-delivery recovery care and stabilize high-acuity patients
• Support D&C procedures as needed

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate
• 2 years of high-risk labor and delivery care
• High-risk obstetric bedside training, c-section circulation, and high-acuity recovery care
