Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Fort Worth, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide intrapartum nursing care in a hospital labor and delivery unit on a 6-week contract in Fort Worth, Texas. The unit has 10 LDRs, 2 OBED spaces, uses CPN and Meditech charting, and often cares for high-risk patients with 2:1 and 1:1 ratios.

• Monitor labor progress and maternal-fetal status
• Assist with cesarean sections, BTLs, and salpingectomies
• Circulate for operative deliveries and related procedures
• Support high-risk patients and respond to changes in condition
• Document care and fetal tracing data in the electronic record
• Provide patient education and emotional support during labor and birth

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal monitoring certifications
• Current intermediate fetal monitoring competency
• O.R. circulator skills

• Bilingual communication
• Scrub tech skills
• C-EFM certification
