Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide high-risk obstetrical care in a hospital in Dallas, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit uses Meditech and CPN and handles labor, delivery, and obstetric triage with 2:1 and 3:1 assignments.

• Monitor high-risk labor and delivery patients and respond to changes in maternal and fetal status
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and obstetric triage care
• Support circulating care for cesarean sections
• Provide recovery care for high-acuity postpartum patients
• Assist with dilation and curettage procedures as needed
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the chart
• Collaborate with the obstetric care team to support safe patient care

• Active Texas Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of high-risk labor and delivery experience
• Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate
