Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Dallas, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide bedside care for high-risk obstetric patients in a hospital labor and delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Dallas, Texas. The unit serves high-risk obstetric patients with AWHONN staffing ratios and uses Meditech and CPN charting.

• Monitor labor progress and fetal status
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean births
• Circulate for cesarean sections and D&C procedures
• Provide post-delivery recovery care for high-acuity patients
• Support triage, cervical ripening, and magnesium therapy care
• Document care in Meditech and CPN

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• At least 2 years of high-risk labor and delivery experience
• Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring certificate
• High-risk obstetrical bedside training
• Cesarean section circulation and recovery skills
