Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Austin, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will care for high-risk maternal patients in a hospital labor and delivery unit on a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas. The team uses CPN and Meditech charting and manages complex pregnancies in a level 4 maternal center. Typical ratios are 1:1 and 1:2.

• Assess laboring and high-risk maternal patients
• Monitor fetal and maternal status
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Support triage and operating room circulation
• Prepare patients for obstetric procedures
• Collaborate with the charge nurse and surgical support team

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• High-risk maternal patient experience
• Circulating operating room and triage experience

• More than 5 years of Labor and Delivery experience
