Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Corpus Christi, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will support labor, OBED, antepartum, and surgical care in a hospital unit in Corpus Christi, Texas, on a 13-week contract. The unit has 19 labor beds, 5 OBED beds, 3 PACU beds, 3 surgical beds, and 8 antepartum beds, with charting in CPN and Meditech. Ratios include 2:1 labor and 3:1 OBED.

• Support laboring patients and antepartum admissions
• Assist with OBED circulation and cesarean deliveries
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during high-acuity care
• Provide recovery care for PACU and surgical patients
• Respond to high-risk antepartum and labor changes
• Document care in CPN and Meditech

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and intermediate fetal monitoring certifications
• Labor and delivery experience
• High-risk antepartum care experience
• OBED circulation and cesarean support
• Experience caring for COVID patients in labor, cesarean, antepartum, and OBED settings
