Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Richmond, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will assist with image-guided procedures in the interventional radiology unit on a 13-week contract in Richmond, Virginia. The unit uses Meditech and supports angiography and other procedural imaging in a small team setting.

• Prepare patients and procedure rooms for interventional radiology cases
• Assist with biopsies, drain placements, angiograms, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Support imaging needs for CT coronary, MRI monitoring, and myelograms
• Monitor patients receiving moderate sedation during procedures
• Operate imaging equipment and help maintain image quality
• Document procedure details and patient care in Meditech

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Critical care experience
• Procedural area experience
• Moderate sedation experience
