Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Fredericksburg, VA

A Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist will support pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, uses Epic charting, and welcomes first-time travelers. Siemens imaging equipment is used, and the caseload is about 25 patients daily.

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
• Assist with biopsies, contrast studies, and venous access
• Support angioplasty, stent, drainage, and ablation procedures
• Prepare equipment, supplies, and patients for IR cases
• Maintain PACS workflows and image documentation
• Collaborate with radiologists and the procedural team

• Virginia Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification
• 1 year of interventional radiology experience
• PACS experience
• Biopsy and contrast procedure skills

• ARRT VI
• Epic charting system experience
• Carotid angiography experience
• Discogram and vertebroplasty experience
